Ordering
Start your shopping experience with us by adding the items into your shopping cart. Proceed to check out after you've selected the items you want. You will be able to review your ordered items, total amount, shipment fee and any applicable discount before you confirm the order.You will receive an invoice of the order you've made with the order number via email.
Payment instructions will be included in the email.
Shipment Method
Normal MailSGD$ 2 shipping fee per item is chargeable.
Registered Mail
Regular SGD$ 2 shipping fee per item is chargeable.
Additional SGD$ 2.29 for registered article charged by Singpost. You will get an article number so you can track your shipment.
Shipment fee will be waived for order that exceeds SGD$ 100.
Pricing & Fees
For overseas orders, country handling fee is charged on top of regular shipment fee. This is to offset the fee incurred by courier company handling the delivery. The fee payable will be automatically calculated and shown before you confirm your order. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances. However regular shipment fee will still be waived for order that exceeds SGD$ 100.
Payment
Singapore local bank transfer
You can choose to make payment via Bank Transfer to our DBS/POSB account. If you are transferring from another DBS/POSB account, the transaction will be immediate. If you are using other bank account (e.g. OCBC/UOB/etc), the transaction may take up to 3 working days.
After successfully transferred the payment to us, you are required to reply to the invoice with the transaction information. Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed.
Our account number is provided in the invoice emailed to you.
Credit cards & PayPal
You can also choose to make payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure area that also accept credit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and Discover).
After you've confirmed your order, you will see a PayPal link on the page and you will also receive a link in their invoice with the payment instructions. For credit card payment, NO paypal account is required. Follow instructions to complete the payment.
After completing the payment, reply to the invoice with the transaction information. Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed.
Delivery
We could not provide next day delivery as all items at Menevo are imported from Korea.We consolidate orders on weekly basis (most time even shorter). Our agents in Korea will process, prepare and send us the stocks as fast as possible. Shipment to Singapore will usually take approximately two weeks. When we receive the delivery, we will dispatch the orders to you immediately.
Delivery is handled by Singpost. If you've opt for registered mail, we will contact and provide you with the registered article number for delivery tracking.
The whole process from your payment to getting the order will take approximately three weeks.
However we will try all ways to minimize your waiting time for the orders.
Exchange Policy
An exchange can be requested if:- merchandise is defective upon delivery.
- exchange is initiated within 7 days from date of delivery.
Though defective is unlikely as we would check all outgoing goods before dispatch, damage may be done in process of delivery. To initiate an exchange, email us the following information:
- Your order number
- The product code or description
- Brief description of the defective item (picture recommended)
