How do I shop online?

Start shopping by adding the items into your shopping cart. Once you have selected your items, proceed to check out. You will get to review your order before confirm

How can I pay for my order?

For local buyers, we suggest you pay through bank transfer. You can also opt to pay by PayPal which also accepts credit cards (such as Mastercard, Visa, Amex).

For overseas buyer, please make the payment via PayPal.

Instructions for each payment method will be included in the invoice emailed to you.

How do I know if Menevo have received my order?

When you placed an order with Menevo, we will send you an invoice indicting the model and total amount in which you need to make payment.

Once payment is made, we will then packed and dispatch the item out to you.

How long will the delivery time be?

As we need to wait for stocks to come from Korea, the delivery time is usually approximately three weeks. Delivery will be done by Singpost.

Can I nominate a day and time for delivery?

Unfortunately, the Singpost do not allow such request.
However if you choose Registered Mail as your shipment method, the package will be sent to your doorstep. If you're unable to receive the package, Singpost will leave a collection note for you. You can then pick up the package at your nearest Singpost office.

What do I do with an order that I find not suitable?

You may email us and we will answer your enquiries. Please refer to the size chart before ordering to avoid any wrong size ordered.
